Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StreamOS (the "Service"), provided by AOG-Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. User Content & Liability

StreamOS allows users to upload, store, and display content, including but not limited to images, videos, audio files, and text (collectively, "User Content").

  • Sole Responsibility: You retain full ownership of your content. However, you are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or display via the Service. AOG-Labs assumes no liability for any User Content.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AOG-Labs, its developers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your User Content or your use of the Service.

3. Copyright & DMCA Policy

AOG-Labs respects the intellectual property rights of others. You may not upload or share content that infringes on any copyright, trademark, or patent.

  • Copyright Infringement: Using StreamOS to serve copyrighted music, videos, or assets without a license is a violation of these Terms.
  • Takedown Notices: If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with a formal DMCA notice. We will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Repeat Offenders: Accounts found to be repeatedly infringing on copyrights will be permanently terminated.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

To maintain the performance and security of the Service, you agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to bypass storage limits or subscription tiers.
  • Use the Service for crypto-mining, DDoS attacks, or distributed computing.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

5. Prohibited Content & Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a strictly Zero Tolerance Policy regarding illegal content. You may not use the Service to upload, store, share, or display any content that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content depicting the exploitation of minors.
  • Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or hate speech.
  • Non-consensual sexual content (revenge porn).
  • Copyrighted material that you do not have the right to use.

If any illegal content is detected on our servers:

  1. Your account will be immediately and permanently banned.
  2. Your subscription (if active) will be terminated without refund.
  3. We will preserve the evidence and report the incident strictly to relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. Data Privacy & Integrity

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

  • We Do Not Sell Your Data: AOG-Labs has never and will never sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to third parties.
  • Data Minimization: We are not interested in your personal data. We only collect and process information strictly necessary to provide the Service (e.g., account authentication, file storage management, and subscription status).

6. Subscriptions, Cancellations & Data Deletion

StreamOS offers various subscription tiers with different storage limits. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Access after Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your paid tier features and storage capacity until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Post-Subscription Storage: Once your billing cycle ends, your account will revert to the Free Tier (100MB limit).
  • Automatic Deletion: If your storage usage exceeds the 100MB free allowance at the time of downgrade, your content will be automatically deleted to bring your account within the free tier limits. AOG-Labs is not responsible for data loss resulting from this process.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AOG-Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, stability, or availability of the Service. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
